12. The User Information resides in EVM’s database for a certain period of time even after the user ceases to use or access the Website and in such cases EVM is not be liable for any usage of the User Information after the user ceases to use or access the Website.

16. In case of any complaints or grievances, the user may contact the Grievance Officer as under User will be contacted within 48 working hours for redresser.
